The successful candidate will manage the financial aspects of the Asia Pacific wholesale accounts including the issue of invoices/credits, collection of monies, credit management, maintaining accounting systems and dispute resolution. This is an excellent opportunity to develop within the growing Asia-Pacific division of the IDT group of companies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring supplier invoices are received, recorded in purchase ledger, reconciled and paid by the due date.
• Credit management and collections on a portfolio of over 35 Asia -Pacific companies. Ensuring that the terms of the contracts are adhered to.
• Reconciliation of supplier invoices against IDT switch information, highlighting discrepancies and investigation.
• Calculating the settlement of complex traffic deals with other international telecoms operators on a monthly basis.
• Liaising daily with Commercial, Legal, and Operations departments.

Skills and experience required

• A pro-active individual with a pragmatic approach towards dealing with challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both written and oral in English. Cantonese an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills/data manipulation capability.
• Methodical, organised, accurate and confident with communicating at all levels.
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
• Telecoms experience an advantage

Education

You will be a graduate or of graduate calibre. (Financial background preferred but not essential)
