Responsibilities:

• To handle full sets of books, including monthly financial statements, cash flow statements, tax computation, annual budget for the securities investment and property investment businesses, etc
• Project cash flow and profit forecast
• Co-ordinate with bankers and auditors
• Review accounts for irregularities & discrepancies & determine causes
• Perform ad-hoc reporting and duties as assigned, etc

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experiences
• Well acquainted with Hong Kong accounting and tax system
• Experience in real estate management and securities investment is preference
• Knowledge in Sun Accounts System is preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Willing to work overtime and to meet tight deadline
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Accountant
