Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and responsible for all accounting functions.
• Prepare, monitor and analyze accounting data and produce monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports and statements
• Review and develop internal control and accounting polices
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
• Work closely with manager to define company structures, systems and procedures
• Work with outside CPAs to coordinate and complete annual tax returns and audit
• Handle ad hoc duties and special projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 to 6 years of Accounting experience strongly preferred
• Good team player with positive working attitude, proven self-starter who shows initiative and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong PC proficiency in Microsoft applications, accounting software and systems
• Immediately available would be a definite advantage
