Finsoft Financial Investment Holdings Limited is a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Code: 8018). To cope with our expanding business needs, we are looking for a high caliber candidate with the relevant professional experience to fill the following position:

Key Responsibilities

• Direct report to Financial Controller
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting as well as variance analysis and tax planning
• Handle ad hoc projects including potential disposals, mergers and acquisitions
• Liaise with external parties including but not limited to lawyers, auditors, HKEx and other regulatory bodies
• Ensure accounting procedures and policies in accordance with applicable accounting standards and group requirements
• Support quarterly/interim reviews and annual audit

Requirements 

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• HKICPA member/student is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from big4 firms, audit firm, or commercial company
• Good knowledge of accounting standards, listing rules and tax regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, detail oriented, strong leadership skills and able to work independently
• Immediate available is highly preferred
