Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations of a fleet of over 100 buses
• Develop and steer relationship with key accounts
• Develop and implement operating procedures up to ISO9001 standard
• Prepare tender documents and liaise with prospective clients
• Maintain effective communication with frontline staff and senior management

Requirements

• Tertiary education
• At least 5 years management experience in service industry
• Solid operations and industrial marketing experience in related field preferred
• Hands-on transport operations experience preferred
• Excellent problem solving , communications, and leadership skills
• Pleasant, dynamic, initiative and result-oriented
• Willing and able to work irregular hours and under pressure
