Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily cash flow, client money and other regulatory requirements under the SFO
• Prepare daily and monthly FRR financial returns
• Prepare month-end closing and financial reports
• Liaise with internal and external parties including HKEX, SFC, auditor and tax consultant
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder major in accounting or related discipline with HKICPA qualification
• At least 3 years solid management experience in securities accounting, SFC Financial Resources Rules and Financial Returns
• Able to work under pressure and prepare reports within high quality within tight deadlines
• Good communication, interpersonal and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
