Your Mission:

• To handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from posting advertisement, screening of applications, conducting interviews, reference check, offer making, to preparing for employment contracts 
• To liaise with front-line managers on recruitment issues 
• To coordinate and facilitate training program such as new joiners’ orientation, staff training workshops 
• To plan, organize and facilitate HR projects related to employee relations, employee engagement and company cultural program 
• To assist in organizing corporate social activities/events 
• To assist in setting up and enhancement of HR policies, procedures and internal control 

Your Profile: 

• Degree holder in Business Administration or other related discipline 
• Equipped with around 3 years of working experience in HR, preferably in recruitment 
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related legislation 
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proactive, detail-minded and well-organized 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
