Our client, a well-known company at retail sector is looking for caliber to fill the following position:

Responsibilities:

• This is a generalist role report to Senior HR Manager and work closely with team members taking care of C&B, recruitment, training, CSR, recreation, occupational health & safety etc.
• Incumbent is expected to assist in manpower planning and analysis; provide operational support to different business units on manpower related matters.
• Assist and manage full spectrum of recruitment service in a timely and efficient manner from job posting to offer confirmation. This would include identification of effective recruitment channels, plan, execute and review the hiring process from temporary / permanent frontline positions to managerial openings.
• Prepare Human Resources reports and conduct data analysis. Handle staff on-boarding logistics, assist and support Human Resources initiatives and ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines
• At least 8 years of all-rounded in house Human Resources experience strong in dealing with recruitment / talent acquisition functions
• Experience in the retail or hospitality industry highly preferred
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality
• Proactive, self-motivated and well-organized
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
