Responsibilities:

- Handle projects and assignments independently and professionally

- Assist in business activities, research, including project management

- Handle business correspondence, agenda, memo, presentation, reports, documents

- Manage schedules, appointments and meetings

- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Director

Requirements:

- 5 years of relevant experience

- degree/associate degree/higher diploma/diploma graduates from Hong Kong or overseas universities or college

- satisfactory Cantonese, English and Putonghua/Mandarin

- computer literacy
