Major Responsibilities:

• Support a broad range of HR and administration functions such as recruitment, C&B, payroll, employee relations, training & development, employee data management, performance management, etc.
• Partner with mainland HR team to support implementations of HR programs
• Provide HR reports to reflect headcount, hiring, turnover, HR status, etc.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
• Develop a good understanding of company policies and compliance
• Responsible for HR system updating, maintain filing system and procedures
• Organizing team building events and other staff events
• Ensure general administration services are provided in a quality, effective and efficient manner
• Work on ad-hoc projects when required

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 5-8 years of relevant hands-on experiences in full spectrum of HR and Administrative, solid HR experience in MNC is preferable
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independent and as a team
• Ability to communicate with people of different levels
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient skill and knowledge in HR systems and MS Office applications
• Detail minded, well organized, self-disciplined, good sense of responsibility
• Able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferable
