Responsibilities:

l Perform a wide range of professional secretarial duties to senior executives

l Manage senior executives’ daily calendar of appointment schedule, travel itineraries and meetings coordination

l Prepare presentation materials, business proposals, reports and other confidential correspondence

l Translate documents and coordinate workflow of translation projects

l Liaise with external associations on behalf of senior executives for event coordination

l Attend PR events with/on behalf of senior executives

l Perform ad hoc projects and assignments as required

Requirements:

l Degree or above in Business Administration/Marketing/PRor related discipline, formal secretarial training is preferred 

l Minimum 1-2 years’ relevantexperience

l Pleasant, presentable, outgoing, well-organized and proactive

l Detail-minded with excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

l Willing to work overtime when necessary

l Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

l Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point,Excel, Outlook, etc.)

l Fresh graduate will also be considered
