About Our Client (Sizable Electronics Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the sizable Electronics companies,is now looking for a H& & Admin. Manager to join their team. The job duties are as follows:
- Identify needs on human capital, develop staffing & manpower plan and implement different recruitment and retention programs
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services to employees and line managers of the group, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employment movement formalities, employee relations, personnel data reporting & analysis
- Implement and enhance HR information system and provide HR analytics for management’s decision
- Drive internal communication to promote desired culture and behaviours
- Ensure excellent execution of human resources policies & procedures and other initiatives
- Organize Training & development activities
Requirement
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 5 -8 years working experience in Human Resources and Administration preferred
- Good Command of English & Mandarin, Japanese
- Good Communication, negotiable & interpersonal skills
Work Conditions & Benefits
- Salary: Negotiable
- Working days: Mon-Fri
