Requirements :  

• Higher Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Accounting or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years working experience in HR field with accounting knowledge
• Well understanding in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Mature, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English
• Responsible, hardworking, able to multi-task to meet deadline
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Responsibilities :  

• General accounting duties include daily accounting entries, check invoice, issue cheques, maintain efficient filing system and prepare monthly management account
• Provide all-round support in general HR affairs;
• Responsible for full recruitment and employment cycle including but not limited to job advertisement, application screening, interview arrangement, contract preparation, on boarding arrangement, etc
• Keep track of all HR records (leave, overtime, MPF etc)
• C&B administration support such as medical, insurance, tax declaration and other related HR services
• Payroll calculation including leave pay, bonus, compensation, reimbursement
• Organize company activities, arrange office meetings, appointments and celebrations
• Office administration support
