Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including payroll, benefits, insurance, taxation, MPF, EC and leave in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain accurate staff information and records in the HR System
• Assist in HR annual processes such as performance appraisal, salary review, bonus / incentive schemes, and other reward related activities
• Keep abreast of latest employment-related ordinances to ensure compliance with all legal requirements
• Assist in Human Resources policy and procedure formulation and execution
• Deal with other HR related task and ad hoc project as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate at least 4 years’ solid experience in HR C&B
• Well versed in HK Employment and other related ordinances 
• Experience in IPL is an advantage
• Proficient in both spoken & written English and Chinese
• PC literate including advanced MS Excel skill
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Initiative, organized, good communication & interpersonal skills

Candidate with more experience will be considered as "Senior Officer – Human Resources"
