Executive Assistant :

-  To provide professional secretarial support to Managing Director,

-  To handle personal matter such as finding insurance, visa and family arrangement etc,

-  To manage all the meeting schedule with customers,

-  Involve business meetings, preparation of presentation materials and other business related projects,

-  Management the schedule and arranging travel itineraries and accommodation,

-  To manage all the financial issue between HK and PRC,

-  Arrangement for trip cash advance, expenses claims and reimbursement,

-  To provide support in corporate events and assist in ad-hoc projects as required,

-  Handle all the legal issue such as patent with various attorney,

-  Manage the annual reveal of Product Liability,

-  To provide ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibility,

-  Handling confidential information, maintaining good filing system to ensure safe-keeping of records, correspondence and documents,

-  Organizing appointments/meetings, preparing agenda, minute-taking and other follow-up works,

 

Human Resources :

-  Handle all the full spectrum of Human Resources related matters including but not limited to Recruitments and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Policy and Procedures,

-  Design, implement and monitor a variety of Human Resources program and policies and procedures that are in compliance with employment related regulations,

-  Review and ensure all company policies and practices are in compliance with local employment related ordinances,

-  Develop and review the Staff Handbook, HR guidelines and operation manuals, so as to ensure the HR policies and procedures are in compliance with the relevant ordinances and the corporate strategic directions,

-  Anticipate and plan for long-term humans resource needs and trends in partnership with business management,

-  Provide expertise advise, solutions and guidance to business managers on HR/people related matters,

-  Review and mange all the compensation and benefit related matters e.g. remuneration and benefits package, annual review exercise, etc.,

-  Manage all benefit administration process including MPF, Insurance (medical, employee compensation) and medical enrollment/termination,

-  Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company's business goals,

 

Requirements :

-  University graduate, preferable with formal Secretarial and Human Resource Management trainings,

-  Minimum 5 years secretarial support to senior management level,

-  Excellent communication and language skills,

-  Proficient in both spoke and written English Mandarin and Cantonese,

-  Fast learner and able to work under pressure,

-  Well-organized, details-oriented, responsible, flexible & self-motivated,

-  Strong in PC skill such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing,

-  Ability to manage multiple tasks with good time management,

-  Able to work independently, good team player, patient with positive attitude and good communication skills
