Job Description:

• Oversee the HR Division and manage the full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to daily HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, training and development, performance management, remuneration and benefits management,payroll administration and employee relations
• Develop and motivate HR team members to ensure the effective delivery of HR services
• Give professional advice on HR issues in compliance with laws and regulations as well as company policies and procedures
• Take charge of HRIS implementation, maintenance and enhancement
• Manage HR reports in an accurate and timely manner
• Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing HR policies and initiatives in line with the corporate goals and values

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on all-round HR experience preferably in sizeable companies of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other related laws
• Experience in HRIS implementation a definite advantage
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of performing multi-tasks independently with strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken forms
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
