Job Responsibilities:

• Develop training strategy and action plan, implementing appropriate training and development initiatives to support people development as well as business expansion, and provide consultancy service to business partner
• Design & deliver training programs on leadership and management skill to both managerial and general staff across different business units
• Design culture building programs and promotional campaigns in cultivating corporate culture
• Participate in e-learning development and design
• Handle ad-hoc learning & development projects

Job Requirements:

• University degree or above in Human Resources, Training & Development or other related disciplines
• With strong passion in developing people, around 10 years of relevant experience with proven track record of developing and delivering management training and executive learning.
• Qualifications in certified training programs are preferred, i.e. D.I.S.C.
• Experience in e-learning project/executive learning would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience can apply for the position of Assistant L&D Manager
