Job Responsibilities:

• To assist Project Team for handling documentation, purchasing, shipment and ad-hoc duties
• Follow up project in all aspect such as project planning, material handling, site coordination, administrative support, quotation preparation, purchasing and follow-up procedure etc.
• Phone answering and handle client inquiries
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
• 1 year experience as supporting staffs such as assistant / project coordinator in fitting out / interior design is an advantage.
  
  

Requirements:

• IVE / Diploma / Higher Diploma or above; 
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Hands-on experience in using MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
• Good communication skill, self motivated, well organized,responsible, smart and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available is preferable
• Working location : Fo Tan(Near MTR), 5-Day Work
