Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for HR duties, including recruitment, MPF administration and medical insurance
- Responsible for administrative duties such as general office administration, procurement & maintenance of office equipment and supplies, handling incoming/outgoing mails and couriers;
- Support to executives in providing a full-range of secretarial including preparation of documents and business reports
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 year relevant working experience
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken & written in English & Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing
