Responsibilities:

• Perform full range of HR support including manpower planning, staff engagement, performance management, HR policies review to the assigned business units
• Work closely with Business Heads on HR strategic planning and advice
• Collaborate with HR partners on Corporate HR projects and annual exercises like employer branding, HRIS enhancement, Salary & Grading system review etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in Retail / FMCG sectors
• Well-versed with HK labour ordinance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Organized, strategic minded
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
