Job Description

• Optimize the remuneration structure based on position and performance evaluation
• Formulate remuneration management policy
• Responsible in building up evaluation system and maintaining KPI database
• Regularly evaluate salary, benefits and performance management system
• Conduct market salary review through multiple channel checks to support management decision making
• Perform labor cost budget management
• Optimize and make appropriate adjustment for salary structure
• Perform other ad­hoc duties as the company require

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant discipline
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in PRC financial firm or relevant background
• Strong analytical ability in data and familiar with remuneration structure
• Experience in formulating policy, reports and summary in Chinese
• Sound knowledge in different area in human resource is an advance
• Proficiency in PC skills especially in MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong communication, analytical and learning skills
