Job description:

• Managing the planning and monitoring the schedule of CEO
• Attendance in the designated meetings
• Arranging the meetings for CEO and other superiors of the Company
• Booking the travels, restaurants, etc
• Translating documents from English into Chinese and backwards
• Execution of orders of CEO
• Coordinating the Company in connection to CEO
• Communicating with Company staff and customers

Job requirements:

• Communication skills
• Advanced skills for computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) and Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Internet, etc.)
• Must talk and write fluently in English, Mandarin, Cantonese
• Must have at least three-year work experience which should be confirmed by reference letters
