Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of support for HR functions including monthly payroll, final payment calculation, MPF, tax administration, recruitment, C&B, management, employee relations etc.
• Solid experience in payroll administration & recruitment in retail & sizeable industry.
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information, documents and records.
• Ensure the HR function in compliance with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and local regulations.
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder preferably in Human Resources or a related discipline;
• Minimum 4 years solid experience in retail or sizable company;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, EC Compensation and other related legislation;
• Mature, Detail-minded, independent and proactive;
• Multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight deadlines;
• Able to work under pressure; strong team spirit
• Excellent communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point & Chinese Processing;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
