Job duties

• Assisting the preparation of the consolidated management accounts of the Group in compliance with the HKIFRS; and
• Assisting the CFO for the coordination and cooperation with the reporting accountant for the proposed IPO audit;
• Assisting the CFO for the coordination and cooperation with the external control expert for the assessment of Group’s internal control practice and conducts;
• Assisting the CFO for all other IPO related work, including but not limited to prospectus verification, draft of profit and working capital forecast memo, and facilitation of professional party due diligence etc.

 Job requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant discipline;
• Candidate with 3-4 years audit experience in Big 4; or 4-5 years audit experience in other audit firms;
• Preferably with HKICPA qualification
• Strong in technical skills, detailed exposure to local regulatory reporting requirement is essential;
• Detail-oriented, responsible, independent and a good team player;
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; and
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
• Work location: Hong Kong &  travel to PRC occasionally
• Immediate available is preferred
