Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall end-to-end loan operation process for personal loan.
• Develop personal loan product and draft personal loan related documents and agreements.
• Perform credit assessment on secured and unsecured personal loans.
• Monitor individual loan account status and take suitable actions for debt recovery.
• Manage day-to-day loan administration, including customer enquiries for personal loan, loan drawdown, disbursement, interest calculation, issue of bills and statements, collections, etc.
• Establish comprehensive system for personal loan business.
• Maintain close contact with other departments to ensure the end-to-end insurance premium financing process work well.
• Provide support to all Operation functions when necessary.

Requirements

• University Graduate or above, preferably with major in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and related disciplines.
• Preferably with professional insurance qualifications and degree. 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in personal loan administration.
• Familiar with product and service of personal loan.
• Good understanding of credit policies and relevant regulations.
• Customer oriented, self-driven, independent, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Literally and orally fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Familiar with MS office and Chinese typing.
