Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily liaison work with fund custodian, fund administrator, fund managers, executing brokers, external and other service providers
• Responsible for the overall operations of funds and discretionary accounts including trade and settlement, cash management, NAV reconciliation and valuation
• Perform P&L, trade reconciliation and valuation checking
• Support fund managers in daily fund operations, such as preparing fund reports and settlement issues.
• Assist in various fund filings, fund audits and information dissemination and in maintaining fund databases
• Handle fund subscription and redemption
• Perform any ad-hoc task assigned by management

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or business related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years hands-on fund operations experience;
• A team player with self-motivated;
• Strong sense of responsibility and good time management; detail-minded, self- motivated and has positive attitudes toward problems;
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications, knowledge in Pivot Table will be an advantage;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
