Responsibilities:

• Performing daily settlement operation, including securities, corporate actions and other CCASS operations
• Define and monitor day-to-day settlement procedures to streamline workflow, provide good quality of services
• Ensure operational procedures in compliance with all relevant external regulators and in house policies
• Responsible for system modification and enhancement tasks to meet business needs and UAT testing
• Review policies, rules & procedures and systems, and streamline operational processes in order to maintain quality services and control operational risks
• Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with knowledge in Accounting and Finance
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in settlement operations
• Familiar with CCASS and Ayers system operation
• Good understanding on SFC regulation and guidelines
• Able to lead implementation in various settlement system projects and carry out UAT
• Fast learner with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Settlement Officer
• Immediate available preferred
