Job Description:

Coordinate and consolidate China subsidiary financial results for monthly management reporting

Handle month-end closing reports and financial analysis, i.e. Sales variance analysis, etc

Review departmental financial results

Handle accounts receivables

Involve in annual budgeting, forecast and other financial analysis to support business decisions

Review and liaise statutory accounts and tax filing and returns with external service providers

Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Education Required:

High Dipolma in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines / AAT qualification

Skill required:

Minimum of 6 years of Accounting/ Finance or relevant experience gained from MNC

Minimum of 4 years of Accounts Receivables experience gained from MNC

Proficiency in MS Office application with advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot tables, vlookup..etc)

Knowledge in SAP /Oracle is an advantage

Strong analytical mind with prior experience in financial analysis, problem solving, capability of handling multi-tasking and work under pressure is an advantage

Independent, flexible, energetic, pro-active with good communication skills

Proficiency of verbal and written English and Mandarin
