Responsibilities

• Process all incoming enquiries & orders from different sales channels
• Exceed individual and team sales targets & KPIs
• Focus on telesales and close deals over email & phone
• Actively promote company products & services, upsell & cross-sell in every opportunity, perform warm call & cold call to build rapport with customer and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in Sales/Telesales industry
• Have superior selling technique, communication skills & interpersonal skill
• Excellent telephone manner
• Passionate, thrive on stress and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration

• Monthly $10-$16K plus incentive and bonus
