Responsibilities:

• Focus on the financial analysis, modelling, due diligence, execution and monitoring of investments in private equity deals
• Research and review new industries; identify industry trends, competitive landscapes and monitor and research investment opportunities
• Assist in drafting of various internal Investment Committee memos, review investment documents and structures
• Assist with valuation analysis and modelling of existing and new investments

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in the entire investment process from helping on deal origination  and research to execution and investment management.
• Build strong relationships with brokers, advisers, bankers, attorneys, and consultants in order to take an active role in analysing, executing and monitoring investment opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will have 2-4  years of current buy-side experience and 2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience prior that, with some preference for Asian experience.
• Native both in English and Korean
