Our client is a fast growing Chinese bank, and they are currently seeking the Compliance Manager. Candidate is responsible for:

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and evaluate the compliance projects under the policies and guidelines of the regulatory bodies and bank;
• Responsible in conducting regular compliance reviews and process HKMA enquiries;
• Assess compliance issues by cooperating with other business units to solve and meet regulatory or business changes;
• Ensure and enhance the compliance consciousness cross all staff level by developing and executing internal training.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Law or related disciplines;
• Minimum 7 years banking experience in compliance, internal auditing or risk management;
• Substantial knowledge in banking industry related to regulatory requirements;
• Robust communication skills, analytical, proactive and able to  work independently ;
• Proficient in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), fluent in Putonghua is advantageous.
