Job Description:

• Plan and implement mortgage product marketing strategies
• Achieve individual and team targets on mortgage lending
• Cultivate and maintain business relationships with customers
• Drive the mortgage business and generate revenue for network through various sales activities
• Perform sales and marketing duties to achieve the targeted mortgage loan business
• Review mortgage loan applications and monitor overdraft accounts
• Handle customers’ enquiries over phone
  
  
  

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree holder or higher qualifications
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in finance/banking/property industry an advantage
• Strong potential client network
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Aggressive, proactive and outgoing personality
• Proficiency in using MS Office application (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
