Our client, a well-known bank, is now looking for candidates to join as Credit Risk Analyst - Personal Loan/ Retail Loan, Banking.

Responsibilities:

• Assess credit risks and prepare credit proposals independently for internal credit approvals, including assessing, analyzing & interpreting complicated financial information, undertaking risk assessment analysis, financial projections in compliance with internal credit system,  and other relevant due diligence works.
• Formulate analytics - based portfolio management strategy to optimize risk-reward trade-off, track & perform effectiveness of the actions
• Monitor existing exposures throughout the life of the transaction, including credit information gathering, review of external reports like equity reports & credit rating reports, timely update of news relevant to his/her responsible portfolio, and preparation of internal credit monitoring reports in compliance with internal requirements, etc. 
• Monitor acquisition policies and portfolio quality & support regulatory reporting with key commentary on portfolio trend highlights / key initiatives
• Perform regular monitoring & validation on the performance of credit scorecards & credit bureau segmentation models.
• Perform control programs and UAT system testing to ensure relevant credit processes are in compliance with policy, regulatory and group requirements

Requirements:

• 3-4 years’ experience of credit analyses on retail loan and write-up of credit proposals in retail banking. 
• OR risk management experience in credit card or personal lendings
• Knowledge of Transunion would be an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to motivate others
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
