Job duties:
- Generate new ideas and formulate strategies so as to enhance customer experience
- Analyze customer feedback in order to improve business operations
- Review and streamline the daily operation flow with effective manner
- Manage and monitor operational risks
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing or Business related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ customer services experience, preferably with management experience
- Creative and business minded with excellent project management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and highly organized
