Responsibilities:

• Take a project leader role to manage the execution of corporate finance transactions including IPO and pre-IPO, rights issues, placements, capital raising exercises

• Manage and execute deals on takeovers, mergers and acquisition, corporate restructuring exercises
• Perform due diligence, valuations, financial modeling, etc
• Manage meetings with all participating professional advisers and liaising with all relevant regulatory authorities
• Assess and review potential deals, developing new business and maintaining client relationships

Requirements: 

• University graduated in Economics, Finance or related disciplines
• Energetic and out-going
• 4 – 6 years’ or above experience in corporate finance industry
• Good understanding of Listing Rules in Hong Kong and SFC regulations.
• Valid SFC Type 6 License
• Good command of written & spoken English, Putonghua & Cantonese
• Good communication skills
• Detail-minded, positive attitude and a good team player
• More experience will also be considered as Senior Manager
