Our client is a prestigious European Bank who is a leader in banking and financial services. Owing to their business demand, they are now looking for an eBanking Product Registration Specialist to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register and support eBanking products with reactivity
• Realize a regular reporting of the activity, following Service Level Agreement indicators required by the Business line, completed with analysis and potential recommendations to improve the service
• Provide a high-level registration related functional support on the products by phone, e-mail and Jira to L1 teams, Relationship Managers and E-Banking local teams
• Share with others Regional Support and Registration teams any Asian region added value information and knowledge
• Communications with team members in Europe, America and Asia
• Provide excellence in term of Quality of Service toward internal & external clients
• Plan and report on assigned tasks

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• At least 5 years of banking / finance experience
• Excellent proficiency in spoken & written English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills & a team player
