 KYC Documentation , Private Banking / Wealth Management (9 months contract)

Report To

• Head of Formalities

Job Responsibilities

• Carry out the review on account documentations independently
• Ensure client account documentations comply with internal guidelines and local regulatory requirements
• Perform client account maintenance and ensure information is accurately updated
• Provide day to day support to the Marketing Team
• Prepare various periodical reports
• Handle various operational duties in the team
• Liaise with other areas within the bank
• Participate in other ad-hoc tasks as required

Essential Skills/ Experience

• University Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in handling new account documents, preferably in private banking sector
• Good knowledge in company formation and documentation requirements for different jurisdictions
• Knowledge in assessing Professional Investor, FATCA documents an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Well-verse in Microsoft Word / Excel
• Mature personality with good inter-personal and communication skills
• Self-motivated and willing to work overtime when required
