Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a team of customer servicing staff in providing full support to a client base covering Hong Kong and PRC
• Provide quality customer services in a professional manner
• Create and maintain good relationship with both prospective and existing clients
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1-2 years relevant experience is preferred
• Good command of both verbal in Cantonese, Putonghua and English
• Good communication and presentation skills and strong sense of responsibilities
• Day / Night shift required
• Immediate availability is preferred
