Job Responsibilities:

• To assist the training manager in identifying training needs of the group, formulate training and development plans
• To monitor and deliver training activities, and evaluate results to meet with corporate training objectives
• To provide on-the-job training to newly recruit beauticians and monitor their performance

 
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in beauty industry
• Strong passion in training, self-motivated, dynamic, hands-on with strong leadership skills
• Holder of international certificate in professional beauty services
• Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  
• Customer-oriented and self-motivated
