Our client is a top retail looking for an experienced architect / interior designer to join in their Design and Project Management team. This person will assist the Department Head for planning and construction management. 

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor construction site, onsite & offsite works until project completion 
• Manage project budget, quality control and fit-out schedule
• Work closely with design team, vendors & suppliers for design drawings and contractor for full set construction drawings
• Communicate and coordinate with landlords and government authorities, and comply with relevant regulatory bureaus 
• Maintain Corporate Social Responsibility with sustainable practices

 

Requirements

• University Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Construction Management or related
• Minimum 6 years of experience in architectural / interior design
• Related project experience in Greater China or APAC
• Hand on experience in a project consultant such as project management, building or design consultancy
• Excellent written and spoken of English
