Job Description
Our client is a Property Developer in PRC, they have successfully bidded a land in Hong Kong and now would like to find SQS talents to join their team. They are looking for serious individuals who can help facilitate the movements of their projects.
This client is responsible for a vast variety of developments including residential and commercial buildings.
The client offers 5 days working week, career development programs, and many more perks.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Degree in Quantity Surveyor or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years or more experience in relevant field
- Must be a member of MHKIS / RICS
- Experienced in pre contract & developers is preferred
- Liaising with key stakeholders & consultancies
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
