• Degree/Diploma/Certificate holder in Civil Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Building Services or related disciplines
• Teamwork, Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, able to work independently, hardworking, well organized, project management, monitor working program, quality, material procurement, site progress, assist to prepare tender docment, quotations, budget control, liaise with owners, coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors
• Familiar with legislative requirements, related Ordinance
• Proficiency in PC applications, MS Office, AutoCAD
• Fluency in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• With Safety Supervisor/First Aid/Confined Space certificate/Driving Licence will definitely be an advantage.
