Responsibilities:

• In-charge with the entire reconstruction project of the company;
• Familiar with the market price of materials and equipment, analysis of the trends of main material;
• To participate in the preparation of the overall project funding plan;
• Be responsible for cost planning, cost control, construction cost management and the associated reporting duties of building construction projects, timely tracking changes in costs;
• Be responsible for project bidding, including prequalification, preparation of tender documents, budget auditing, scheduling and so on;
• To analyze tender documents, participate in business negotiations;
• To manage tender engineering activity by delivering all contractual documentation, in respect of target cost, tender budget and planning;
• Responsible for cash flow management, variation management, cost reporting, and cost scrutiny;
• Manage and monitor consultants and contractors performance in costs and contractual aspects

 
Requirements

• 6 - 8 years solid experience in handling project budgeting, cost control and contractual aspects.
• Prior experiences of industrial buildings construction projects is an advantage
• Professional status such as RICS is preferred
• High Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• High Computer literacy and good working knowledge of relevant cost software, CAD, and other engineering software.
• Strong management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed and highly-motivated.
• Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
