Requirements:

• At least 1-6 years residential projects experience (Less experience will be considered as interior designer/Cad Draftsman)
• Good computer knowledge in AutoCAD and 3D Max is preferable
• Creative, good communication and presentation skills
• Capable in handling project independently
• Responsible of site management, sub-contractor coordination, tender preparation, site survey, cost control, site staff supervision, etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Good Cantonese, Basic English & Putonghua
• Hong Kong Resident Only
