• Min. 2 years' or above relevant experience (Fitting out or Stone Work);
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability;
• Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills, willing to learn and hard working;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Able to work independently handling tender, V.O. payment application, sub-letting works and procurement;
• Have knowledge on stone material and site measurements is preferable;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications(MS Office, Excel);
• Independence, strong organization power to run the workflow of ongoing project normally
• Solid experience and good knowledge of tender / cost control / human resources distribution

• Min. 5 years' or above relevant experience (Fitting out or Stone Work);
• Able to work independently, Good communication and coordinating with management level, clients, contractor and foreman, monitoring implementation of project and resolving on-site technical issues;
• Have knowledge on stone material and site measurements is preferable;
• Proficiency in MS Office applications(Auto Cad, MS Office, Excel);
• Good presentation, negotiation, interpersonal skills, smart work
