The candidate should hold the following qualifications: 

• Good engineering or science Degree from a recognized educational institution;
• Chartered Member of engineering / technology institution or equivalent;
• Have at least 8 - 12 years’ solid experience in System Assurance and/or Independent Safety Assessment;
• Familiar with industrial standards on safety and dependability;
• Experience in facilitating HAZID/HAZOP, Risk Management, RAM Prediction and Safety Case;
• Good inter personal and communication skills;
• Excellent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
