Responsibilities

• Develop the campaign concept from sketch to execution
• Create a holistic story throughout the store with better story telling via 4 consumer touch point within the store: Window, Front Forward Table, Campaign wall, and story panel
• Create all details installation/set up guideline and distribute to all countries on time as monthly/seasonal basis
• Create countries specific window concept and guideline
• Design, create and develop new display ideas and props to support all monthly/ seasonal launch campaigns and special in-store promotions
• Consolidate & compile monthly VM execution and share best practices across all regions

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Fashion/Product Design or related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of regional (or country) experience in visual merchandising in a retail environment 
• Self-starter with lots of drive and enthusiasm
• Proficient in MS office and Adobe CC such as Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design & Acrobat. 3D software: Sketchup Pro 2017
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Fast learner, hard working, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Singapore based startup Baia Baia Ltd Pte will expand to Hong Kong in the Summer 2017.
