• Work with Store Manager & Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager to develop, plan & implement creative seasonal look
• Provide the necessary leadership, coaching and guidance to your team to ensure commitment to achieve the company sales targets and individual object
• Responsible for day-to-day merchandise presentation on store level, in keeping with store & brands image
• Work closely with store team and brands specialist to implement visual merchandising policies and standards throughout stores and windows to ensuring that they are motivated and fully aware of corporate guidelines and strategy 
• To demonstrate awareness of current on line and marketing campaigns, new product launches and promotions
• To assist in the coordination and implementation of store changes to accommodate events and marketing activities

• Degree or diploma holder in Arts & Design or Fashion related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience which at least 1-2 years at supervisory level, preferably in luxury fashion industry
• Self-motivated, proactive, strong people management and problem solving skills
• Have passion in fashion, Creative, Dynamic and with strong market sense
• A good team player with a hands on attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe lllustrator, Photoshop, Power Point and Excel
