Job description:

• Work with buyers to build seasonal trends and regular products
• Accompany buyers to local and overseas trade shows, factories and suppliers visits to establish relationship, analyze new development and sampling
• Analyze market trends, develop design concepts, assess viability of new design ideas and proposals
• Oversee full set of product development process, from concept to sampling to production

  Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Product Design, Interior Design, Supply Chain Merchandising or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in merchandising of retail industry or product development of consumer products
• Prior experience in lifestyle or home products or consumable retail chain
• Strong decision making capability in developing strategic product and business initiatives
• A proven track record of success in leading buys for multiple categories and be able to set the direction for the brand
• Good artistic senses and aesthetic values on style, design and color characteristics for home furnishing products
• Strong product development or design background in home furnishing products
• A change agent to lead and drive innovative initiatives, with execution excellence
• Excellent project management, strategic thinker to offer the brand a competitive edge and drive sales to achieve targets
