Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling accounts payable invoices, AP reports, follow up suppliers payment, departmental enquiries, audit schedules, month end closing journals, internal month-end stock take;
• Perform other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accountancy or equivalent;
• Semi-qualified member of HKICPA / ACCA / Certificate of Accounting or above;
• 2 years’ accounting experience;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Hardworking, accountability, able to work under pressure to meet the month-end deadline;
• Familiar with Oracle accounting system will be an advantage;and
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

** Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Clerk **
